EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND: I have been in real estate for nineteen years. The first two years I was fortunate to work as assistant to the broker of two well-respected real estate companies in Las Vegas. During that time, I gathered a wealth of knowledge from working with two leading brokers in our community. I have had my real estate license for over seventeen years, and during that time, I have had the pleasure of working with a multitude of clients, both out-of-state clients as well as local residents. Together with my knowledge of the Las Vegas valley and my superior training by two outstanding and respected Brokers, I work with assurance and confidence that my clients will be well informed so they can make the very best of decisions for themselves. KNOWLEDGE: Due to my family moving to Las Vegas April 1, 1954, I have lived through much of the growth and change the Las Vegas valley has experienced over the last several decades. My two children were born, raised and educated in Las Vegas. They both attended the University of Nevada-Reno. My son is a graduate of the University of Nevada-Reno Medical School and was accepted as a surgical resident at Mayco Clinic. My daughter was a flight attendant with National Airlines. Joanna now has her real estate license and enjoys a career in real estate. I only share this information about my children to establish the fact that Las Vegas has many successful students, and those that can compete nationally. Our education system, although stretching, is meeting the challenge. Las Vegas is a high-profile city which frequently receives unfavorable publicity.
